Service

Theta Consult has two service facilities, supplied with modern repair and maintenance equipment for nuclear devices, employing certified service engineers.

The main service base is located in the Company's Head Office.

The dosimetric equipment repair facility is located right next to Kozloduy NPP site.

THETA CONSULT executes the following service activities:

1. Mounting, starting and setting, functional tests and metrology of Systems for Radiation Control.

2. Service and technical maintenance of dosimetric and radiometric equipment of Eberline System.

3. Post warranty technical maintenance of System for contamination control of the work clothing (Eberline Laundry Monitor Conveyor).

4. Service maintenance and repair of equipment for Radiation and Dosimetric control.

5. Delivery and commissioning of dosimetric equipment for surface contamination control of hands, body and clothing.

6. Repair of Dosimetric System type IM 1/P

Mobile radiometric laboratory - located in a specially equipped van Mercedes 308D is used for the following tasks:

1. Current and service maintenance of sources of ionizing radiation (SIR) built in devices and systems for technological control (DTC).

2. Tests for surface radioactive contamination, done by the method of the samples for SIR, built in DTC in fire-alarm ionising sensors and of laboratory SIR.

3. Processing of initial and periodical radioactive control of laboratories using SIR.

4. Probe analysis of systems for technological control in build-in SIR aand the environment.

5. Investigation of radioactive cleanliness of premises and areas.

6. Participation at affirmation and elimination of the consequences from radioactive accidents.

7. Transportation of radioactive substances, devises, apparatus and equipment with radioactive substances (without nuclear material) by the Lessens T-2111 Registration № 01253 issued by the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency on 23. 08. 2004 and in force to 22.08.2009.
