• Import and export of ionizing radiation sources or parts for them

• Transportation of radioactive substances, including appliances and equipment containing radioactive substances (without nuclear material)

• Repair, calibration and maintenance of devices for measurement of the ionizing radiation parameters

• Foreign trade with dual use goods and technologies

Theta Consult is an organizational unit pursuant to the Classified Information Act of the Republic of Bulgaria

The Company leading specialists possess licenses and certificates, issued by the competent state authorities (Nuclear Regulatory Agency, Ministry of Environment and Water, State Agency for Standardization and Metrology), enabling them to perform nuclear-related activities:

• Certificate for compliance to the Quality System of Theta Consult Ltd. with Bulgarian State Standard EN ISO 9001:2001 in the field of management of projects.

• Certificate for compliance to the Quality System of Mobile Radiometric Laboratory Theta Consult with Bulgarian State Standard EN ISO 9001:2001 for measuring, testing and transportation of radioactive material ( without nuclear material).

• Licenses to perform environmental impact assessment of the harmful ionizing and non- ionizing radiation.

• Certificates and protocols confirming the right to perform nuclear equipment repair.

• Limited License For Export of Dual - Use Goods and Technologies.

• Limited License For Foreign Trade Activity in Arms.
